The hotel has a new building and an unbeatable location next to the city center, just a mile away from two temples, a tea factory, a batik factory, a handcraft shop. It also offers a lovely lunch option. the rooftop restaurant provides a great view of Kandy downtown.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel was brand-new, spent my time lovely here. The location was great and perfect, for example, Kandy View Point was within easy walking distance of the venue. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were kind and very kind.

I always stay at this hotel in Kandy. The staff helped me find my lost earring. It has free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, and a restaurant. Perfect for me! Back for Christmas.

The rooms at Hotel Mango Garden are really cozy and comfortable. With tiled flooring and a fan, they provide a cool and homely atmosphere, perfect for a beach lover like me.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one, but I recognize that others might not mind this arrangement.

The hotel offers large rooms with very comfortable beds and fresh linen and towels. the host, Malik, is very kind and even took us to the hospital in case of an emergency. Delicious homecooked rice and curry are available. Malik also provided helpful advice on onward travel options and arranged a driver for our overnight trip to Polonawara and Sigiriya.
Felt that it is secure, no reason to complain.

Convenient location near the main attractions of Kandy, including the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake. The onsite restaurant serves a delicious selection of local and international cuisines.
Lack of sound insulation in the rooms near the public toilet.

loved the friendly staff, especially our driver Mahesh! He made our day trip to Pidurangala Rock amazing. The location was so convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the lake. The terrace was a great social space.
Wifi was unreliable.

I stayed at Mango Garden for two days on my trip and it was fantastic. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The restaurant served delicious traditional food at very reasonable prices. I loved the rice and curry buffet for just 1,100 LKR. The take-away breakfast option of sandwiches and bananas was also a nice touch. The terrace above the restaurant was a great place to relax and enjoy the menu options. The staff, especially Nimani, Roomey, and the boss Malik, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
